LZR Light-Duty Spinning Rod Guide Kits

First time using these guides after many years using Alps and Fuji. They are quite nice for the price.

I recently used the LZR Light-Duty Spinning Rod Guide Kit in Gunsmoke on a custom inshore build and was really impressed. The guides are lightweight, well finished, and consistent in sizing. The gunsmoke finish looks great on modern blanks and pairs well with a lot of thread color combinations.

The frames were straight, rings were clean, and the guides wrapped easily without any sharp edges or burrs. For a light-duty spinning setup they keep weight down while still feeling durable enough for inshore fishing applications like trout and redfish.

Spacing and sizing in the kit made layout straightforward, and overall it’s a solid value for custom builders. I’ll definitely use these again on future builds.

Love these guides, need very little prep.
