Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase including the original order number.
To request a return, email us at info@voodoorods.com (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted). Once your return is accepted, items can be shipped back to:

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer & original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the matter.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, like special ordered items, closeout items, items cut to order, or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item(s), return the item(s) you have (once the return is approved), and we will issue a refund for the original item(s) upon receipt and inspection. If you'd prefer to return the items and wait for your refund before reordering, inventory is not guaranteed for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
