Flex Coat OEM Power Finishing Machine - DC200

Now with Variable Speed DC Power, this classic machine is upgraded with more versatility in speed control and compatibility with our DC777. The DC motor offers speeds of 40-200 RPMs and comes standard with our original Slip Clutch that is a must for total finish application control. The DC200 base and PVC slotted backboard are full length (93.5″) and are the same as our popular DC777 in design. This allows for adaptability, upgradability and cross conversion between the two machines in roller supports, thread control boards, steady rests and motors. The 3 slot wall mounted, spring loaded roller supports lock your rod in place and allow seamless workflow up and down your rod with the steady rest which stays in line and ready on the red center stripe. And finally, that red center stripe pulls double duty, allowing you to use this machine as a guide alignment tool. Be sure to check out the video demonstrating this technique.
